Practice Value Of Treatment Of Fallopian Pregnancy By Laparoscopic Operation

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of laparoscopy on fallopian pregnancy. Method:Retrospective analysis clinical data on the treatment of fallopian pregnancy by laparoscopic operation with the report of 63 cases and the treatment of fallopian pregnancy by abdominal surgery with the report of 48 cases from January 2006 to December 2007.Reviewed and compared the operational time,blood loss,recover time of bowel function,analgesia after operation,absorption fever after operation and hospitalization of two approaches.Results:All laparoscopic operation are succeed, none of them be changed to the abdominal surgery.Patients who received laparoscopic operation had shorter operational time(47.857±20.766min vs 92.208±26.025min),less blood loss(24.603±11.890ml vs 45.000±17.135ml),shorter recover time of bowel function(16.365±4.437h vs 26.333±5.624h),shorter hospitalization(4.492±1.045d vs 6.667±1.098d),lower fever rate(4.76%vs 22.92%) and lower analgesia rate after operation(6.35%vs 25%).In the Interstitial portion fallopian pregnancy cases,there was significant different in the blood loss,recover time of bowel function and hospitalization, but there was no significant different in operational time.Conclusion:Laparoscopic operation treat fallopian pregnancy is safe and reliability,small operation wound,less pain,recovers quickly,so it is an ideal modus operandi of fallopian pregnancy.Interstitial portion fallopian pregnancy are not contraindication of laparoscopic operation,as long as the management is proper in the operation,we can finished the operation successfully.
