The Analysis Of Clinical Data Of Oral And Maxillofacial Lymphatic Malformation With Reports Of 110 Case.

Objective:To explore the clinical feature,auxiliary examination and treatment ways of oral and maxillofacial lymphatic malformation.Methods:retrospective analysis Clinical data on 110 patients with oral and maxillofacial lymphatic malformation treated from Dec,2002 to Dec,2007 with Xinjiang medical University the first affiliated hospital, oral and maxillofacial surgery department.Results:Among 110 cases,the ratio of maleto female as 1.34:1.Oral maxillofacial lymphatic malformation occurred more often in children under 10 years old,The mostcommon locations of Maxillofacial lymphatic malformation were tongue(40.00%),labial and buccal division(18.18%),neck region(12.73%),submaxillary region,parotideomasseteric region etc.There were 110case with pathologic diagnosis,including70 The type of microcapsul,40cystic hydrom.The cases of aspiration biopsy,supersonic inspection,CT inspection were 3,15,32 respectively.84 cases(76.36%) were operated,21cases(19.09%)were through Sclerotherapy treatment.5 cases(4.55%) were through Surgery+bleomycin A5injection. Conclusion:The oral and maxillofacial maxillofacial lymphatic malformation are commonin childphase and malewas more than female,The mostcommon locations of Oral and Maxillofacial lymphatic malformation were tongue,labial and buccal division, neck region,submaxillary region etc.supersonic inspection,CT inspection were main auxiliary examination to oral and maxillofacial lymphatic malformation,surgical therapy and Sclerotherapy treatment were main way to treat oral and maxillofacial lymphatic malformation,it can gain the better result.
