Objective:we retrospectively analyzed 207 cases with FL,in order to research the risk factors and clinical feature of FL,especially of NAFL.Materials and Approaches:207 complete in-patient cases with FL were collected to study. In addition, there were 100 healthy people chosen. We retrospectively analyzed these cases.207 perfect in-patient cases with FL were separated into five groups:AFL, NAFL,hepatitis fatty liver(HFL),drugs fatty liver(DFL)and other causes fattyliver(OFL). 207 complete in-patient cases with NAFLD were divided into three groups:Obesity type 2 diabetes Mellitus(DM),and hyperlipidemia.Rusults:1 There were 137 cases(66.18%) with NAFL,40 cases(19.32%) with AFL,21 cases(10.14%)with HFL,4 cases(1.93%) with DFL,5 cases(2.43%)with OFL.NAFL and AFL were the major groups with FL.2 Characterist of age distribution we can conclude that most patients with FL were aged between 40 to 60 years old.The rate of female increased gradually with the age growing. The rate of female after 50 years old was higher than that of the male.χ~2=29.631,P<0.05. 3 Change of hepatic function Of these patients,76 patients'hepatic function were elevated slightly or morderatly. There were 36 cases with NAFL(26.3%of itself groups) that transaminase level elevated,20 cases with AFL(50%of itself groups),12 cases with HFL(57.1%of itself groups),4 cases with DFL(100.0%of itself groups),4 cases with OFL(80.0%of itself groups).χ~2=24.16,P<0.05.4 Compared FL with control group, the rate of heart and brain vascular diseases in FL was higher than the control group.χ~2=38.84, P=0.00.FL was relative with hypertension and coronary disease.5 The risk factors associated with NAFLD included Obesity,Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Hyperlipidemia. Obesity was the most common risk factor of three. There was disorder of lipid metabolism in the patients with NAFLD.The triglycerides played a major role in the progress of NAFLD.Conclusions:1.FL was mainly divided into AFL and NAFL. 2.There was no difference between the rate of male and female. The rate of female increased gradually with the age growing. The rate of female after they were menopause was significantly higher than that of the male.3 The maximum of moderately elevated serum levels of alanine aminotransferase was less than 120U/L.4 FLD coexisted heart and brain vascular diseases which can influent the life of the patients.5 The risk factors associated with NAFLD included Obesity,Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Hyperlipidemia. Obesity was the most common risk factor of three. There was disorder of lipid metabolism in the patients with NAFLD.The triglycerides played a major role in the progress of NAFLD.
