Objective: To investigate the effect of medicinal-vesiculated serum on EOS of peripheral blood and bronchial lung tissue, CD4 CD8 T-lymphocytes of bronchial and spleen of allergic asthmatic rat model, to explore the roles of medicinal-vesiculated serum on anti-asthma.Then, analyze the texting results. Methods: First, the 20 adult SD rats were medicinal vesiculated and the medicinal-vesiculated serum were extracted.Then, 40 adult SD rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, medicinal-vesiculate group, and medicinal-vesiculated serum group, established rat model of allergic asthma, via the tail vein inject serum which is produced by medicinal-vesiculate rat. Continued for 5 times, in the last 12 hours after injection, collect the blood before executed, observe the differences of 4 groups on EOS, CD4 CD8 T-lymphocytes number of changes and the CD4/CD8 ratio.Last, test results were analyzed. Results: 1) Model group EOS was obvious, lung and spleen of bronchial CD4/CD8 ratio increased, compared with the control group, the differences were statistically significant. (P<0.01); 2) Medicinal-vesiculated serum group compared with the model group, the volumeofEOSin peripheral bronchial and lung were reduction. (P<0.01) 3) Medicinal- vesiculate group and medicinal-vesiculated serum group, in peripheral blood and bronchial lung tissue, amount of EOS in the difference was not statistically significant.(P>0.05) 4) Medicinal-vesiculated serum group with the model group compared bronchial lung and spleen of CD4/CD8 ratio lower. (P<0.01) 5) Medicinal- vesiculated serum group compared with the medicinal-vesiculate group, bronchopulmonary and spleen CD4/CD8 ratio of the difference was not statistically significant. (P>0.05). Conclusions: Medicinal-vesiculated serum can significantly reduce asthma rat peripheral bronchial and lung tissue EOS quantities, and by adjusting the CD4 and CD8 T-lymphocyte subsets function disorders, in order to improve immune function. Medicinal-vesiculated serum therapy and Medicinal-vesiculate therapy is similar to the anti-asthma effect.
