| Objective Toinvestigate the correlation between variations of dissection and incidence of nasalpolyps in chronic sinusitis. Metods 603 patients with chronic sinusitis were selected as 426 patients with the nasosinusitis with nasal polyps and control group of 177 patients with nasosinusitis without nasal polyps were analyzed by operative computed to mography of nasalsinuses and by endoscopy. And divide the nasosinusitis with nasal polyps to 3 grade, analyzed the meaning of the distribution of variations of dissection in each grade. Result Chronicsinusitis correlated with septalde for mity, uncinate processshift and hypertrophy, pneumation and paradoxiccurvature of the middle turbinate, and so on. Conclusion Variations of dissetion, especially of these ptalde- formity are correlated with incidence of nasalpolyps in chronic sinusitis. And distribution of variations of dissection is different in each grade. It is highest in the second. |
