| Objective: To observe the Medicinal Vesiculation Serum impact on serum and myocardial superoxide dismetase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), and electrocardiogram ST changes, heart biopsy in acute myocardial injury in rats ,and to explore its mechanism. Methods: 36 SD rats were randomly divided into the Medicinal Vesiculation serum group, normal serum group, model control group, the normal control group. The serum of the Medicinal Vesiculation rats was injected via the rat tail vein as a means of intervention, myocardial tissue ,SOD activity ,the content of MDA, ST changes and myocardial morphological changes were be effect indexes. Results: the Medicinal Vesiculation Serum can markedly improved SOD activity in serum and myocardial tissue, and lower MDA in serum and e myocardial tissue, the Medicinal Vesiculation Serum compared with normal serum,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05);ST changes in the Medicinal Vesiculation Serum group was significant less than in the model group, there were significant differences (P<0.01); 2 h after modeling, the degree of ST changes were decreased (P>0.05); HE pathological biopsy revealed that the Medicinal Vesiculation serum injury lighter in myocardial tissue, comparing with the model group and normal serum, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: the Medicinal Vesiculation serum can alleviate rat myocardium from acute ischemic injury by isoprenaline,it have a protective effect. The mechanism may be related to the Medicinal Vesiculation serum can increase active substances that can protecte myocardial tissue. the Medicinal Vesiculation serum might prevent or mitigate ischemic myocardial disease incidence.
