Objective: The Breast cance is the first common malignant tumor in the female. The incidence of breast cancer is presented in an increasing tendency in worldwide whether developed country or developing country recent year. Scientists did extensive researchs on the high risk factors of breast cancer,to make a decision of multiple factors integrated in the occurrence and development of breast cancer, especially the mutation and abnormal expressions of the sex hormone receptors and oncogenes. The correlation-ship of oncogene expression with clinical biology features can not be defined only by one kind of gene, which should be analyzed by combining with other kinds of gene. In our experiment, the expression of ER,PR and Her-2 in breast cancer tissue of 383 cases were studied to analyze its correlation with tumor biological behaviour such as the patho-histological type and rank, size, lympho node metastasis, stage, location, and the molybdenum target visualization.Materials and methods: Collect the clinical data of 383 breast cancer cases who has the operation in our hospital and final diagnosis is primary breast cancer by pathology result since 2005 to 2007. The correlation-ship of these three kinds of oncogenes with tumor biological behaviour such as the size, location, lympho node metastasis,patho-histological type and rank, stage,, and the molybdenum target visualization were studied in Kruskal Wallis test of statistics and analyzed in grade related data method. The correlation-ship among ER,PR and Her-2 was also studied in order to confirm correlation-ship of ER,PR and Her-2 with their clinical biology features in identical breast cancer tissue.Result: 1,ER expression rate is 60.4%,PR expression rate is 64.1%,Her-2 expression rate is 17.2%. ER expression was significant positive correlated to PR expression, and Her-2 expression was significant negative correlated to ER and PR expression (rER=-0.28, rPR=-0.30). When ER,PR are both positive, Her-2 expression rate decreased.2,ER and PR expression was negative correlated to patho-histological type (rER=-0.10, rPR=-0.10608). Her-2 expression has no relationship with patho-histological type. Her-2 expression was positive correlated to tumor size (P<0.05) when ER,PR expression was not significant different with it (P>0.05). When lympho node metastasis occurs, the more Her-2 expressed, the more lymphonodes metastasis. The stage is higher with the higher rate of Her-2 expression (p<0.05). 3,The correlation-ship of molybdenum target visualization and ER,PR and Her-2 expression: ER expression rate increases in tumor with spike sign.PR expression was positive correlated to density and negative correlated to calcification of tumor, and Her-2 was positive correlated to calcification of tumor (P<0.05).Conclusion: 1,ER expression rate is 60.4%, PR expression rate is 64.1%, Her-2 expression rate is 17.2%. ER expression was significant positive correlated to PR expression, and Her-2 expression was significant negative correlated to ER and PR expression. When ER,PR are both positive,Her-2 expression rate decreased. 2,ER and PR expression was negative correlated to patho-histological type.Her-2 expression was positive correlated to tumor size. When lympho node metastasis occurs, the more Her-2 expressed, the more lymphonodes metastasis. The stage is higher with the higher rate of Her-2 expression. 3,ER expression rate increases in tumor with spike sign.PR expression was positive correlated to density and negative correlated to calcification of tumor, and Her-2 was positive correlated to calcification of tumor. 4,The expression of ER,PR,Her-2 has no relationship with patho-histological rank.
