| Objective: To investigate the expression difference of SEPT9 gene in homo invasive breast cancer and normal breast tissue and its relationship with some clinicopathological parameters. Methods: Real-time quantitative PCR was used to detect the expression level of SEPT9 gene in the target tissues(the relative expression level of target m RNA in the tissues was measured to reflect the expression level of SEPT9 gene).SPSS21.0 and Medcalc19.4.1 statistical softwares were used to analyze the difference of SEPT9 gene expression between breast cancer tissue and normal breast tissue and analyze the relationship between the expression of SEPT9 gene and patients’ general clinical data(such as clinical stage)and clinicopathological characteristics(such as tumor size, histological grade, etc.),the relationship between the expression of SEPT9 gene and breast cancer was analyzed from different factors. Results: The expression levels of SEPT9 gene in breast cancer tissue and normal breast tissue indicated that the expression level of SEPT9 gene in breast cancer tissue was statistically higher than that in normal breast tissue(P<0.05);The analysis result between SEPT9 gene expression in breast cancer tissue and patient’s clinical pathological characteristics indicates that SEPT9 gene expression level in invasive breast cancer tissues had no significant correlation between patients’ age, menopausal status,Tumor Node Metastasis, lymph node metastasis status, tumor size, pathologic histology-grading and had no obvious correlation between the expression of Ki-67 amount, there were no statistical significance(P > 0.05);There was no significant difference in the expression of SEPT9 gene between patients with positive and negative CK5/6 and p53(P>0.05);The expression level of SEPT9 gene was not related to the expression level of Ki-67(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.The expression level of SEPT9 gene in human breast cancer tissue is higher than in normal breast tissue, suggesting that SEPT9 gene has a certain correlation with the occurrence and development of the tumor.2.There was no significant correlation between the expression level of SEPT9 gene in breast cancer tissues and the expression level of tumor invasive indicators such as Ki-67,CK5/6,p53.3.There was no significant correlation between the expression level of SEPT9 gene in breast cancer tissues and patients’ age, tumor size,TNM stage, menopausal state, lymph node metastasis state, and histological stage, etc. |
