Infertility is a special kind of reproductive health defects, currently is also one of the main themes of reproductive medicine domain, defined as a normal sexual life, not contraception and unpregnancy a year. Not contraception and pregnancy has never been of primary infertility, said it was not contraception pregnancy and then more than a year of infertility say secondary infertility. Female factors caused are named female infertility, accounting for 40% -50%, and that a great deal of information: the many causes of female infertility in the still mainly tubal occlusion, and its incidence is rising trend. It actively exploring The effective treatment method of tubal infertility has important clinical significance and practical value.Tubal from mesenchymal Department, isthmus, the ampulla, umbrella-composed of four parts, for delivery sperm fertilized eggs piping and places of fertilized. Tubal occlusion, sperm and eggs can not be met, resulting in infertility. Tubal Infertility through tubal patency test, diagnosis, such as hysteroscopy. Its diagnosis more easily, but many medical treatment is a hot research topic,and is a major problem of haunting obstetrics and gynecology doctors. Currently, for the various treatment methods of tubal infertility, the most popular treatment for is combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine. The causes of tubal obstructive infertility are more, but in clinical, chronic salpingitis, and chronic pelvic inflammatory disease causes are the most. Chinese medicine theory is that for more than tubal obstruction are Qichixieyu. Therefore the use of Chinese medicine promoting Blood Circulation, anti-inflammatory painkillers, the justifications for the gas can play a better role in the therapeutic effect. Observed in this study of 262 patients (133 patients with primary infertility; 129 cases of secondary infertility) in patients with female infertility, tubal obstructive infertility 173 patients (75 patients with primary infertility; 98 cases of secondary infertility), is the first cause of female infertility. This paper studies focus on: Choose 160 cases female infertility patients of bilateral tubal occlusion from them, and has been ruled out due to tuberculosis, endometriosis caused, including 67 cases of patients with primary infertility; secondary infertility in 93 cases. According to this different treatment ,160 cases were divided into three groups: group A, the combination of traditional Chinese with western medicine treatment group, the group of 72 patients with the combination of oral the traditional Chinese medicine and Hysteroscopic Hydrotubation for the treatment group. Preparation remove blood stasis, heat-clearing and detoxicating and anti-inflammatory, discussive Chinese medicinal formulae , one day one dose, be decocted in water for oral dose, suspended menstrual period, the monthly cycle of medication 10 for a course of treatment. After a course of oral, with 3-7 days in the menstrual clean do Hysteroscopic Hydrotubation operation, if tubal can not patency ,continue to oral medicine, so can be repeated for three courses. Group B, oral Chinese medicine group, the group with 44 cases, the oral medicinal and the method are the same as group A. After 2-3 course of oral, with 3-7 days in the menstrual clean do Hysteroscopic Hydrotubation,confirmed whether tubal patency. Group C, surgical treatment group, 44 cases of patients with this group, with 3-7 days in the menstrual clean ,operating tubal clear. On different parts of tubal obstruction feasible ostomy, anastomosis, fallopian tubes and uterus adhesion release transplantation surgery. Conventional intravenous injection antibiotics 5-7 days, and with the first menstruation clean 3-7 days ,practice Hysteroscopic Hydrotubation in order to prevent postoperative adhesions, consolidate the curative effect, and confirmed that surgical effect. Patients require follow-up more than six months to 1 year.The results showed that group A cure rate of 62.50%, pregnancy rate36.11%; in group B cure rate was 43.18%, pregnancy rate18.18%; in group C cure rate of 40.91%, pregnancy rate18.18%. Group A cure rate with group B, C comparison, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05), comparison Group B cure rate with Group C had no significant difference (P> 0.05). According to the treatment results suggest that the curative effect of the combination of traditional Chinese with western medicine treatment of tubal infertility is better than single oral medicine and surgical treatment .On the basis of this method in the Chinese Blood Circulation, anti-inflammatory swelling and promote adhesion release and absorption, match with Hysteroscopy mechanical dredge, the two sharing each other, mutually supportive, with notable curative effect.In this study, to compare effect of the treatment of primary tubal obstruction of patients with secondary infertility tubal infertility patients with obstructive, the results showed that: Primary tubal obstruction cure rate was 40.30%, secondary cure rate of tubal obstruction for 59.14%, both of comparison, there were significant differences (P <0.05). That the cure rate of the secondary fallopian tube obstruction is higher than the cure rate of primary tubal obstruction .In addition this study showed that in patients with secondary infertility tubal occlusion rate higher than primary infertility, secondary infertility patients mostly are occurred by one or more of pregnancy history ,such as childbirth, abortion, induced labor and extra-uterine pregnancy. This may indicate: childbirth, abortion, induced labor and ectopic pregnancy are closely related with the incidence of tubal obstruction.The above may come to the following conclusions:1,The ratio of tubal obstruction rising trend; secondary infertility tubal obstruction was higher than that of primary infertility; childbirth, abortion, induced abortion, ectopic pregnancy closely related with the incidence of tubal occlusion.so we should strengthen on the health education of women , pay attention to health care, strengthen postpartum and postoperative care, to minimize abortion, induced labor, and other surgical procedures.2,In the screening of infertility, tubal patency test should be used as the preferred inspection.3,The curative effect of oral traditional Chinese medicine under the joint-hysteroscopic treating tubal infertility obstructive is better than single oral traditional Chinese medicine and surgical treatment, with less trauma and side effects of small, and treatment of simple, convenient features, patients easily accepted, effective with the relieving of the physical and psychological harm, can be widely spreaded.4,Surgical treatment of infertility tubal obstruction no obvious superiority, and with the trauma,resume slowly,and high costs,may be appropriately reduced, but not completely abandoned.5,Secondary tubal obstruction cure rate higher than that of primary tubal obstruction.
