Objective To observe the relation of postoperation visualfield and postoperation IOP of advanced stage glaucoma withtubular visual field. Methods we have divided the 32 in hospital patient (44eyes) into three group by postoperation IOP group A 15eyes postoperation IOP>18mmHg group B 15 eyespostoperation IOP is between 18mmHg and 12mmHg groupC 14 eyes postoperation IOP<12mmHg.Results group A the MD of postoperation descend thediscrepancy is statistically significant it means visual field isstill decreasing evenif postoperation IOP >18mmHg group Bthe MD of postoperation is lightly promoting the discrepancyis not statistically significant it means the depression ofpostoperation IOP is partly helpful to the aggravation of visualfield and advancement of late glaucoma group C the MD ofpostoperation is obviously promoting the discrepancy isstatistically significant it means controlling the postoperationIOP within 12 mmHg can obviously promoting the visual field of late glaucoma. Conclusion we should control the postoperation IOP oflate glaucoma within 12 mmHg testing visual field regularlyis instructive to monitor the variation of visual field of lateglaucoma.
