Reform of the medical care system has been going on for more than 20 years, but the results have met with much criticism. In view of the many problems reflected by the issue of "going to a doctor difficultly and expensively" in current health systems, all sectors of society are trying to find out the deep-seated causes. So, there appear views of "no marketing" and "marketing share". From the perspective of Macro- economic and micro-economic efficiency, the article studies the problem of supplies of medical and health services in medical reform, and in particular, studies the considerable controversy -- manners of basic medical services being supplied to seek the model to meet with the Chinese actual situation, our country's market mechanism and effective government control and management.
