Objective: TO investigate the variation of coagulation function in patients with Lymphoma and find detect index in clinical treatment and the judgement of prognosis. Methods: PT,APTT and FIB were measured by automatic blood coagulation with the type of sysmexCA530 and CA7000 testing machine in 163 patients with Lymphoma.â‘ c ompare with control group;â‘¡p haseâ… ,â…¡c ompare with phaseâ…¢,â…£;â‘¢effective patients compare with ineffective patients;â‘£effective patients compare with ineffective patients after chemo. Results: FIB in patients with Lymphoma is higher than control groups,(P<0.01)PT , APTT prolong (P <0.01); phaseâ… ,â…¡compare with phaseâ…¢,â…£no statistics difference relatively (P> 0.05); effective patient with chemo FIB is lower after chemotherapy ,there is notable difference(P<0.01);blood index has no difference in ineffective patients after chemo. Conclusions: patients with Lymphoma is in hypercoagulabale state. As well as curdling, blood composes in reply functional chaos. FIB and Lymphoma there exist correlativity in tumour patient chemotherapy, Lymphoma patient chemotherapy process is therefore middle monitor curdle to diagnose a basis for blood three items, discovering and taking precautions against the bleeding and thrombopoiesis may provide a laboratory diagnosis.
