Objective:To provide the basis for reconstruction of wrist joint with the caput of fibula.Method:The carpal articular surface of the radius and the caput of the fibula and the rotated angle of the fibula in 40 adults arescent integrity specimens were measured. the diameter, area and inclination angle of all articular surface of the radius were calculated and compared with the fibula .Results:the carpal articular surface of the radius and the caput of the fibula are ex affinibus. The diameter of articular fovea of os naviculare and os intermedium in coronary section were respectively (1.375±0.179)cm,(1.213±0.228)cm and (1.032±0.237)cm,(1.317±0.254)cm in the saginal section.The diameter of the fibula joint surface in coronary section were (1. 384±0.192) cm and (1.368±0.231 )cm in the saginal section. There are in accordance with normal distribution by Analysis of Variance and Homogeneity test. Comparing with each other further by SNK :Between articular surface of the caput of the fibula and fovea of os naviculare, there wasnot marked distinction in diameter (p>0.05). The angle transform to digital with square root and ARSIN statistical method.The ulnar inclination angle of the radius and fibular was ( 20~25) ,23.480±2.476°,the volar inclination was( 10~15)°, 10~15°,there was no notab1e distinction.Conclusion:The most appropriate angle for replacement 0f the carpal navicular with the fibula rotate at 10-15°of styloideus of the radius.The figure of the carpal articular surface of the radius and the caput of the fibula were measured with noumenon example,combined imageology,there was instruction significance on the degree of accuracy of clinical operation.
