Objective: To determine the relation between tumor patients'plasma monoamine neurotransmitter and their Urgur traditional medieine sydromes. Methods: Patients with histological proven cancer were grouped by the diagnostic standard of The Fluid theory in Urgur medieine. The patients'contents of plasma monoamine neurotransmitter were deteeted by high perfonmence liquid chromatography (HPLC), such as NE, DA, 5-HT and DOPAC et al. Results: Patients with Abnormal Savda Syndrome cancer occupied 5.48% in venign tumour group, occupied 49.14% in malignancy. Compared with non-abnormal Savda Syndrome(Abnormal Balham Syndrome,Abnormal Sapra Syndrome,Abnormal Kan Syndrome), the ratio of Abnormal Savda patients is much bigger than that of non-Abnormal Savda patients in Malignancy cancer. Compared with venign tumour group, the levels of most plasma monoamine neurotransmitters of Malignancy are higher, the levels in Malignancy Abnormal Savda Syndrome was obvous higher than that in the non-Abnormal Savda Syndrome patients'plasma. Acording to the data of our clinical test, the contents of plasma 5-HT have significant differences between in malignancy and in venign tumour patients'. While he contents of plasma NE and the levels of NE/DA are signifieantly different between the Abnormal Savda Syndrome patients and the non-Abnormal Syndromes.Compared the tumour in different part of the body, we can also find the similary results. We find the chang extents are diffent to every monoamine neurotransmitter index in plasma. Conclusion: The Abnormal Savda Syndrome is the major type of Malignancy cancer according Urgur traditional medieine theory. The above results suggest that the monoamine neurotransmitters changes in plasma excluding the contents and the balance among them hanve relationship to the patients'Urgur traditional medieine sydrome ,especially to the malignancy tumour Abnormal Savda Syndrome. In a word, the Abnormal Savda Fluid is one major factor that affect the tumor patients'plasma monoamine neurotransmitter,we may consider the application of Abnormal Savda Munsiq and Mushil in order to prevent the further development of the tumour, no matter how significant the Abnormal Savda syndrome characteristics are.
