The Relation Between TCM Types Of Menstruation Mense Extend And Sex Hormone

Objective:To study the relationship between Chinese Medicine Symptom of Mense extend and Sex Hormone.Methods:Chosen Mense extend 123cases,with Chinese Medicine Symptom as the test group,Qi-Deficiency 44cases,Deficiency-Hot 40cases,Xue-Yu 39cases.To study the divergence between the Hormone such as E_2,LH,FSH,PRL,P and the three groups as compared with separately.Results:During the period of Mense extend according to Chinese Medicine Symptom divide into group. From the 3-7 days to menstruation Compared with the five groups.The LH levels of Qi-Deficiency group obviously lower than Deficiency-Hot and Xue-Yu groups,the difference has statistics significance(P＜0.05).The FSH levels of Deficiency-Hot group obviously lower than the other groups,the difference has statistics significance(P＜0.05). Conclusion:The Chinese Medicine Symptom of Mense extend at the LH levels have relation.Deficiency-Hot at the FSH levels hoist have relation.The relationship between Chinese Medicine Symptom of Mense extend and Sex Homone for instruct clinical treat.
