Objective To explore the high frequency of breast tumors ultrasonography of the pathological basis to enhance breast tumors (benign and malignant) ultrasound diagnosis. Methods Retrospective analysis of 140 cases of breast cancer two-dimensional ultrasound images ,color Doppler examination results, and in all cases by surgery and puncture pathologically confirmed. Results Most of the benign breast lumps' rate of diagnosis is 84%, The two-dimensional ultrasound findings are complete form, smooth edge, internal echo uniform, no posterior echoes attenuation. Aspect Ratio1, The Color Doppler shows the blood stream signal in malignant tumor was rich than benign tumor, the benign breast lumps are 0- I; R I<0. 70.The malignant breast lumps are II -III;R I> 0. 70, (P<0.001) .Conclusions Color Doppler Ultrasonography in the detection of breast lumps high rate, Using a two-dimensional ultrasonographic features with CDFI comprehensive judgement, can significantly improve the benign and malignant breast tumors in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
