Objective: To explore the prognostic factors in endometrial cancer with analysis of endometrial cancer clinical and pathological data. Methods:112 patients of endometrial carcinoma were treated in our hostipal. The clinical and pathological data were analyzed retrospectively. Using Cox proportional hazard regression analysis to evaluate the factors related to overall survival and local recurrence. Results:112 patients with endometrial carcinoma were treated initially by surgeries, the overall survival rate was 87.1%. After receiving adjuvant chemotherapy or radiotherapy cases, patients in the high unfavorable group had more probability than with intermediate unfavorable groups ( P < 0. 05); and the patients in the intermediate unfavorable groups were more likely to receive adjuvant chemotherapy or radiotherapy than in the low unfavorable group ( P < 0. 05),there were significant differences. Univariate analysis demonstrated that the menopause, histological type and the risk factors had a significant effect on local relapse. The uterus-muscle involvement, cervical invasion and menopause had a significant effect on overall survival. In the multivariate analysis, cytology classification, histological type were prognostic factors for local relap se and cervical invasion was prognostic factor for overall survival. Conclusion:Endometrial cancer prognosis is very good, should be systematically assessed with prognostic factors. In order to improve the prognosis of the patients in endometrial carcinoma, they should be treated by individual therapies.
