Objective:The aim of this study is to compare RT and four kinds of field for IMRT of mantle field ofâ… ,â…¡period Hodgkin's lymphoma in dosimetry with three-dimensional treatment planning system(3 DTPS), evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of different methods irradiation.Methods:10 patients were proved early Hodgkin's lymphoma by pathological,every patient underwent CT simulation,and was made RT and four kinds of different fabrics field IMRT plans with TPS,to analysis the PTV target volume conformal index (CI), homogeneity index (HI),D95,V95,as well as the PTV Dmax, Dmean, Dmin; the does of OARs, including the spinal's Dmax, Dmax, Dmean, Dmin of lung,heart,throat and the bilateral humeral head, the V5,V10,V20,V30 of lung,33 percent of the volume of the heart suffered absolute dose (D33), 50 percent of the volume of the throat,humeral head suffered absolute dose (D50), had a study in dosimetry.Results:1)The PTV target dose conformal and homogeneity of the every IMRT plans are better than RT plan(P <0.05); 2)Each IMRT plans was similar in PTV target coverage,target dose conformal and homogeneity (P>0.05);3) Five kinds of treatment planning in Dmean of lung are under17 Gy.Each IMRT belowed the RT in the V30 of lung(P<0.05),but was higher than RT in the low-dose irradiation area of lung. 4)Among each group of IMRT plans,the high-dose irradiation area of lung was smaller in the plans with more fields,but the low-dose irradiation area of lung was bigger . 5)The Dmax of spinal in each group IMRT was lower than RT.The does of heart?throat and bilateral humeral head in five kinds of treatment plans within their tolerance dose.Conclusion:IMRT is better than RT in the target conformal,homogeneity and the dose of target,protection of spinal,lower the high dose irradiation area of lung tissue. But the low dose irradiation area of lung tissue was higher than RT. Advice to use the 7 field IMRT plan for mantle field radiotherapy.
