Objective: To discuss the correlative factors of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, and to evaluate the diagnostic value of liquid-basedcytology for detection of histological confirmed cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods: The data from department of gynecology pathologically diagnosed as cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) in the 3rd Affiliated to Xinjiang medical university during January 2006 to December 2007 were retrospectively analyzed with univariate and multivariate unconditional logistic regression .Results: 1. The patients about 56.4% were discovered in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia after the physical examination ,about 88.7% patients'cervix uteri assumed the chronic cervicitis to display , and about 11.3% patients'cervix uteri were smooth.2. There were 167 cases whose liquid-basedcytology results were positive , cases of CINâ… and CINâ…¡-â…¢,were 40 and 127 ,respectily. There were 28 cases whose liquid-basedcytology results were negative, cases of CINâ… and CINâ…¡-â…¢,were 10 and 18 ,respectily.3 Univariate analysis showed the correlative factors for CIN include occupation, age and abortion times. Multivariate analysis showed occupation and abortion were fitted to the unconditional logistic regression model for the correlative of CIN. Conclusion: The patients of CIN were discovered by physical examination ,and to display the chronic cervicitis in cervix uteri , liquid-basedcytology is one of the screening examination. occupation and abortion times are the correlative factors of CIN . More attention should be paid to the health publicity and education ,and to be better to do the women's census. We can intervene the correlative factors of CIN to Prevent it's Occurrence.
