The Research Of Patients' Constitution Type Of TCM Characteristics With Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia And Correlative Factors Analysis

ObjectivesIn order to provide the basis for clinical practice of intervention and regulation of physical treatment programs,the paper investigate patients with CIN TCM constitution type distribution,and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia correlation between the severity of factors through epidemiological study.At the same time,provide a theoretical basis for individualized treatment of CIN CIN to better block the malignant tendency,so as to effectively alleviate or solve problems that endanger the health of women.MethodsSelect by March 2014 to March 2015 visit to the First Affiliated Hosp ital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese outpatient and inpati ent gynecology tissue extract is purified by colposcopy or cone after con e biopsy tissue pathology was diagnosed with CIN as an object while TCT e xamination of randomly selected women with negative control group.Screen ing of diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria and vol unteered to participate in the investigation of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia in 361 cases.We conducting the investigation by the unified "T he constitution of traditional Chinese Medicine survey" and self-designe d questionnaire.According to the traditional physical classification cri teria,we try to divide physical type.Through the questionnaire to colle ct the basic information on patients obtained the detailed constitution c haracters and the CIN constitution type.Resulis1.In this investigation,the case group and control group for comparison results,two groups in age,residence,marital status,nature of work,methods of contraception,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In education,work and life stress,exercise frequency,health situation,the initial difference in terms of age,sex,sex age,number of sexual partners,pregnancy and so,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.In different levels of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia patients,age,place of residence,marital status,nature of work,work pressure and stress,and different methods of contraception and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)the severity there was no correlation(P>0.05).Education,exercise frequency,health conditions,age of first sexual intercourse,sexual life intraepithelial age,number of sexual partners,and so maternal cervical intraepithelial comparison between groups(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.3.In 178 CIN patients,high-risk HPV infection is the majority,acc ounting for 89.2%,of which HPV type 16,type 58 and type 52 higher de tection rate.4.The type of case group and normal group was statistically significa nt compared to the physical,gentleness and damp heat difference(P<0.05),no significant difference in the rest of the Constitution(P>0.05).Gent leness in case group two two were significantly different(P<0.05).In th e normal group,the gentleness type accounted for 25.68%,followed by qi deficiency,accounting for 17.49%.In the group of 51 cases of CIN ? pati ents,the Gentleness type was the most,which account for 12 cases;there was 39 cases with based constitution,Wet-heat type is much,which accou nt for 10 cases(19.61%).There are 5 cases with the Gentleness type and 48 cases with the based constitution in 53 cases of CINII patients.And in biased constitution in 48 cases,of which more damp heat,there were 14 ca ses(26.42%),followed by qi deficiency in 11 cases(20.75%).And In the CIN? group,the former two types of constitutions were Wet-heat type and qi-deficiency type,which accounted for 25 cases(33.78%)and 14 cases(18.92%).The chi square test showed that there was a statistically significa nt comparison between CIN ? group and CIN? group with the difference of physical distribution(P<0.05),there was no significant difference bet ween the others(P>0.05).Conclusion1.In this study,culture degree,nature of work,work and life pressure,frequency of exercise,health condition,age of first sexual intercourse,se xual life,sexual partners,the number of pregnancy is closely connect wi th the occurrence of the cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Among them,the severity of related education,exercise frequency,age of first sexu al intercourse,sexual life,sexual partners,the number ofpregnancy have an influence on the severity of the cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,But no correlation with age,residence,marriage,contraception.2.In the distribution of constitution of CIN patients,biased constitu tion is more than normal group,and in CIN patients,Wet-heat type and Qi deficiency is the predisposition.3.CIN patients with HPV infection is the most common high-risk infe ction,of which the highest detection rate of type 16.
