Investigating The Feature Of Platelet Of Peripheral Blood In Malignancy Complicated By Deep Venous Thrombosis

Objective To investigate the feature ofplatelet of peripheral blood in malignancy complicated by DVT,and observe the change of platelet before and after thrombolysis or diagnosis.We also want to compare platelet parameters among malignancy complicated by DVT,malignancy without thrombus and people for health examination respectively,hope to find new clue for preventing and curing malignancy complicated by DVT.Methods Searched malignancy complicated by DVT between 1993 and 2008 from medical record library;Searched malignancy without thrombus between 1998 and 2008 randomly;Search people for health examination in out-patient department randomly.Comparing the platelet parameters among all groups and analyzing the feature of platelet parameters in malignancy complicated by DVT.Results Firstly:There is no statistical difference for platelet parameters before and after thrombolysis in malignancy complicated by DVT.Secondly:There is no statistical difference for platelet parameters before and after diagnosis in malignancy complicated by DVT.Thirdly:There is no statistical difference of platelet count between malignancy complicated by DVT and malignancy without thrombus,while MPV,PCT and P-LCR in malignancy without thrombus is obviously higher than which in malignancy complicated by DVT,while PDW in malignancy complicated by DVT is obviously higher than which in malignancy without thrombus.Fourthly:There is no statistical difference of platelet count between malignancy complicated by DVT and people for health examination,while MPV,PCT and P-LCR in people for health examination is obviously higher than which in malignancy complicated by DVT,while PDW in malignancy complicated by DVT is obviously higher than which in people for health examination.Fifthly:There is no statistical difference for platelet parameters between malignancy without thrombosis and people for health examination.Conclusions The PDW in malignancy complicated by DVT is higher than malignancy without thrombus and people for health examination's,which suggests that heightening of PDW have a direct correlation with DVT.The MPV,PCT and P-LCR in malignancy without thrombus is higher than which in malignancy complicated by DVT,which is different from some literature reports. The reference value of MPV,PCT,PDW and P-LCR in the formation of DVT is. to be worth Investigating.
