| At the beginning of the 21th century, cardiovascular diseases (CHD) are threatening people in worldwide. According to a report from WHO in 2002, CHD has rather high mortality rate, compared to other sever diseases. CHD is a kind of heart diseases result of myocardial ischemia, featured in angenia, myocardial infarction and even sudden death. Since some new risk factors related to CHD are introduced in a Geneva conference of WHO in 1992, more and more researchers are having engaged themselves to the field. Amongst the two hundred risk factors raised, it has been confirmed that age, sex, smoking, hypertension, diabetes mellitus (DM), abnormal blood fat and so on. In an epidemiologic survey, the risk factors seems distribute in different crowd. Hypertension prefers to attack people in north areas; DM and hyperlipidemia exit in the people of rich areas more widely. Hypergravitation and hyperlipidemia rate is different in different sexes and the rate is increasing since the beginning of 1980's. More than 60% males keep on smoking. Therefore, the correlation between the severity of coronary artery stenosis and its risk factors is focused on in recent study. Gensini score or the numbers of invaded vessels is used to evaluate the severity of coronary artery stenosis. Meanwhile, a lot of issue is raised but no conclusion has been drawn till now. In our strudy, beside traditional Gensini score system, the correlation between the incidence of complicated affection including long coronary lesions, bifurcation coronary artery lesion, three-vessel disease, left main coronary artery disease and the risk facors firstly. The object of our study is to direct how to prevent CHD more efficiently, by knowing the correlation between the risk factors and the severity of CHD.280 patients diagnosed to CHD by coronary arteriongraphy in the first hospital of JiLin University between February in 2006 and December in 2007 are chosen as our objects in our study. 90 persons are female, the other are male, at the age of range 34 to 81. Abnormal blood fat exits in 211 patients. Hypertension exits in 131 patients. Smoking exits 156 patients. High BMI exists 109 patients. DM exists in 55 patients. According to the Gensini score and the incidence of complicated coronary artery stenosis, the severity of CHD is valued. Single factor analysis and multivariate analysis is calculated by SARS 8.02 software. The single factor analysis shows only sex, BMI and blood fat level are related to Gensini scores significantly and high BMI seems related to the incidence of three-vessel disease. No more findings are in single factor analysis. Logistic multivariate analysis shows that advanced age, high BMI and abnormal blood fat level are correlated positively with Gensini scores. The severity of CHD patients with high BMI is as 3.239 times as that of normal BMI. The severity of patients with abnormal blood fat level is 2.353 times as dangerous as that of normal blood fat level. The severity of eld patients is 2.485 times as dangerous as that of the younger. Therefore, when the three risk factors are ranked from less to more contribution to the severity of coronary artery stenosis, the order is high BMI firstly, advanced age secondly, and abnormal blood fat level thirdly. Female are easier to suffer from long coronary lesions. Patients with high BMI are apt to have three-vessel diseases. Interestingly, Patients with low BMI are apt to have left main coronary artery disease. Advanced age and sex is uncontrollable factors, so the excessive weight and abnormal blood fat level must be decreased to the normal level. Especially, the persons with normal blood fat level but high BMI must be paid more attention to. It seems good but hard work to prevent CHD. |
