The Skull Drilled Of Haematoma Elimination Technique For The Treatment Of Hypertension Cerebral Hemorrhag

Objective: Explore and evaluate the effect of the skull drilled of haematoma elimination technique.Methods Retrospective analysis of the date of 30 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage who recieved the skull drilled of haematoma elimination technique. Results: The entire group of 30 patients,there is 16 patients with no significant discharge hemiplegia, aphasia, basic living care, there is 10 cases with some of hemiplegia, aphasia, life quota, 4 patients with severe disability, life can not take care of themselves,no patients died (GOS score: there is 16 patients with 5 score, there is 10 cases with 4 score, 4 patients with 2-3 score). Conclusion: The skull drilled of haematoma elimination is easy to be operated, it requires short operating time and leads to little trauma. It also has good effect, it is a better minimally invasive therapy for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
