The Study Of Quality Of Life On Patinents With Stress Urinary Incontinence With Non-Surgical Treatment

Objective: To discuss the influence on quality of life of stress urinary incontinence (SUI for short)patients with different therapy methods, choose appropriate methods to improve the female SUI quality of life.Methods: Collect 197 mild to moderate cases of female SUI at HeZe City Establish hospital and ShanXian Center hospital from September to November in 2006. Number all cases according to the times of the patients come to the hospital and divide into 3 groups randomly. (l)Pelvic floor muscle exercise group (PFME group for short) is 68 cases. (2)Group of PFME combine with electrical stimulation therapy (combine group for short) is total 76 cases. (3)Drug duloxetine therapy group (drug group for short) is total 53 cases; to compare the improvement of the three groups.Main Results: After treatment for 12 weeks with different methods, (1)197 cases of female SUI, the total cents of quality of life, avoidance and limiting behavior, psychosocial impacts, and social embarrassment have improved with differ degree, the improvement of the three group is the combine group , the PFME group and the drug group in turn, The difference of the three groups has significant meaning; (2) Total cents of the ICIQ scale and 4 dimension score of the severity of urinary incontinence ,influence of daily life, sex life and emotion have vary extent deference in the three groups, the improvement of the three group is the combine group, the PFME group and the drug group in turn also; (3) It has also vary extent deference of the total cent of social support measurement table and 3 dimension score of impersonality support, subjective support and the using degree of social support between treatment before and after. (4)Single factor analyze shows that it is effect factors of treatment such as body mass index (BMI), pregnant times, production times, live area, incontinence severity degree, sicken fixed number of year, using urine mat or not and using time and et al. Multiple linear regression analysis shows BMI, the income of month, production times, incontinence severity degree , sicken fixed number of year and the total score of social support into the Multivariate Linear Regression Analysis Model by the total score of I-QOL; and BMI, the income of month, production times, incontinence severity degree , sicken fixed number of year into the Multivariate Linear Regression Analysis Model by the total score of ICIQ. (5) Cost benefit analyze reveals that the amount cost of 3 treatment group is drug group, combine group, PFME group, its cost benefit is PFME group, combine group and drug group take turns.Conclusion:The 3 cure methods affecting quality of life on the mild to moderate patients: combine group > PFME group > drug group.
