Study On Institution Arrangement Of New-type Rural Cooperative Medical System And Medical Awareness Of Farmers

This study, with the materials obtained by interview, questionnaire and literature, will discuss the factors restricting the awareness of participating in medical by farmers through analyzing the institution arrangement of new-type rural cooperative medical system of Xinxiang County and studying the awareness of participating in medical by farmers. This will provide references for the further development of new-type rural cooperative medical system. This study consists of five parts.Firstly, this study will introduce the research background, review related research situations, and explain the research significance, contents and methods.Secondly, this study will introduce the transition of rural cooperative medical system of Xinxiang County. Especially, it will describe the rising and declination of traditional cooperative medical system of Xinxiang County and exploration development of new-type rural cooperative medical system in detail.Thirdly, this study will introduce the basic institution arrangement of new-type rural cooperative medical system in detail. This study will analyze the rationality of institution arrangement and design and new-type rural cooperative medical system from financing system, compensation system and institution.Fourthly, this study will emphasize the medical awareness of farmers of Xinxiang County and all influential factors, personal characteristics of farmer and medical market in particular.Fifthly, this study will give the basic conclusion, and discuss the exiting problems and state the weakness.
