| Chinese traditional medicine, as Chinese medicine for short, deep-rooted as unique treasure in Chinese culture for thousand of years, is one of the most significant members in the medicine world. Exchange with different countries is a means of promoting world medicine undertaking, exhibiting Chinese culture, and uplifting Chinese influence, also serving as a window for the whole world to overlook China.The main international exchange on medicine is to send visitors and to develop international education. The whole world is taking keen interest in Chinese medicine and the quantity of overseas students is increasing in China. With the aim of developing exchange, boosting Chinese medicine, meeting the needs of talented personnel in Chinese medicine, it's quite important to make the education standardized, scientific, and to improve the education quality.Drawing on research of international students'education in Chinese medicine schools and deep analysis in individual cases of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine for the overall situation of international students education, this paper analyzes the problems in training scale, structures, models, teaching group and management, which provides the solution based on the situations.The research establishes a training model system covering all stages of international students education majoring in Chinese medicine, such as enrollment, training objectives, training plans and the evaluation, raising solutions for management, establishment of teaching group, focusing on the everlasting development of students'characters as well.
