Study On The Design And Implementation Of The Online Virtual Gastroscope Exam System

Education Technology has played an important role on different layers of education system in its twenty years'development in China. The development of science speeds up its spreading into various fields and subjects. Information visualization is one of the most important and well-established areas of science research and development.Great changes have taken place in the way of teaching and learning with the development of network and multimedia technology. Thus the traditional type of examination cannot meet the requirements of teaching. The appearance of the online examination system solves this problem to the moment. For the consistent agreement standards, cross-platform, favorable GUI (Graphic user interface), supporting various kinds of users, its effective HCI (Human-computer interaction) and its good compatible with other applications, this system meets the requirements of modern teaching.This thesis mainly deals with the design and implementation of the Online Virtual Gastroscope Exam System.Building a VRML-Based virtual environment with models of the human body, the esophagus and stomach to simulate the process of the gastroscope operation by 3DS Max,ISB and VRML Pad. Then, design and implement the ASP-based exam system to embed the virtual environment in the Web.Users can acquire the knowledge about the gastroscope by traveling in the virtual environment and Carry on an online test to evaluate their learning.The endless rapid development of the information technology, especially the computer techniques, will bring a more prosperous future. Intelligence, globalization, network and digital virtual teaching system is no longer only a dream for us. Great changes will be brought to education with the employment of different types of education based on this teaching system.
