Clincal Study On Treating With Cerebral Atherioslerosis With KangshuaiTongmaiLing

Objective:To discuss the elementary pathogenesis of Cerebral Atheriosclerosis (CAS) and study the curative effect mechanism of KangshuaiTongmaiLing (KSTML)on improving CAS aegrotus. Methods: 120 patients of CAS were divided randomly into KSTML group (60 cases) and contrast group (60 cases).Conventional medical therapy was given to the both groups and the KSTML group received additional KSTML treatment.The changes of clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes in all the patients were observed before and after treatment Results:After treatment with the KSTML ,the total effective rate of KSTML group was 85%,which was significantly better than the contrast group's 36.66%, (P<0.05) ,Meanwhile the cerebral circulation got evidently improved by the indications of the vertebrobasilar artery's average blood flow speed,which were quicker after the treatment (P<0.01) ,blood fat index got down (P<0.05),blood rheology index was markedly improved (P<0.05). Contusions: KSTML could effectively improve the cerebral circulation, improve the deficiency of cerebral blood current, strengthen the body and give energy to the CAS patients to resist the diseases.The clinic experiment results show KSTML is an available recipe on CAS.
