Study On The Curative Effects Of Vascular Dementia Patients Treated By "ShenQiKeLi"

Objective: We studied vascular dementia patients to investigate the curative effect of "Sgenqikeli", work out evaluate objectively and try to discuss the possible reason of the function.Subjects and Methods: All the subjects were came from the outpatient of Yantai Hospital of TCM, all were diagnosed as vascular dementia and also diagnosed as "chidai" in traditional Chinese medical science. All the subjects were be divided into two groups randomly, 115 subjects were served as observe group treated by "Shenqikeli", the other 116 subjects were served as control group and treated by "Co-dergocrine Mesyiate Tablets", both of the two groups was treated for 12 weeks as a period of treatment. To observe the change of symptom, MMSE intelligent integral, patients'acivity of daily living, fuction of lengthen the patients' coagulation time of both groups before and after the treated, and had analysed by statistics.Results: The change of symptom, MMSE intelligent integral, patients'acivity of daily living of the two groups was analysed by statistics, have no obviously disparity (P>0.05), that mean the curative effects of the change of symptom, MMSE intelligent integral, patients' acivity of daily living of "Shenqikeli"and "Co-dergocrine Mesyiate Tablets" are same; The curative effect on part symptom of the two groups was analysed by statistics, have obviously disparity(P<0.05), that mean the curative effects on part symptom of "Shenqikeli" are better than "Co-dergocrine Mesyiate Tablets" ; The fuction of lengthen the patients' coagulation time of the two groups was analysed by statistics, have very obviously disparity( P=0.001), that mean the fuction to lengthen coagulation time of "Shenqikeli" are very better than "Co-dergocrine Mesyiate Tablets" .Conclusions:1 ."Shenqikeli" can betterment patients' clinical symptom obviously and improvement patients' living quality.2. "Shenqikeli" can obviously betterment patients' MMSE intelligent integral.3. "Shenqikeli" can obviously betterment patients' acivity of daily living.4. "Shenqikeli" have obviously fuction of lengthen the patients coagulation time . 5.There is no obviously side effect of "Shenqikeli" discovered in the apply of clinical.
