Study On The Effect Of Anti-liver-fibrosis And Serum Marker Of Liver Fibrosis-PCⅢ, CⅣ, Et Al-of Model Rats With Yiqi Huoxue Chushi Formula

Purpose: With the applying of traditional Chinese and modern medicine theory, the anti-liver-fibrosis mechanism of the Yiqi Huoxue Chushi Formula (YHCF) treating liver fibrosis was explored systematically from the aspects of theory, experiment and clinic research. Method: In the experiment study, we made the animal models with female Wistar rates damaged by CCl₄ , and study the effect of serum marker of liver fibrosis and pathological changes of YHCF. In the clinical study, 35 chronic hepatitis and early-stage cirrhosis patients were treated with YHCF. There are 32 were chose to the control class. The effect that the YHCF treated the liver fibrosis was observed from the patients' symptoms, liver function test and serum marker of liver fibrosis. Results: In the experimental study, we observed that YHCF reduced the serum level of HA, PCIII, LN and CIV. It improved the pathological changes of liver fibrosis in rats. The clinic observant result indicated YHCF can improve the syndromes, physical signs and liver function, descend serum marker of liver fibrosis -HA,LN,PCIII and CIV-effectively. The effective rate is 77.1%. The pathological histology observation of liver indicated: The degree of fibrosis changes were improved significantly. The sediment of CIV also reduced significantly. Conclusion: YHCF has better effects of function of liver protecting and anti-liver -fibrosis. The result showed that the pathogenesis of liver fibrosis are the deficiency of Zheng Qi, obstruction of the liver blood and the remain of damp and heat.
