The Clinical Research Of Chronic Bronchitis Treated With Qiguanyan Pill

Purpose:ln the study ,we observe the clinical effect of the acute bout stage in chronic bronchitis which belongs to benxubiaoshi type in TCM treated with Qiguanyan pill.Methods:we devide 160 patients into two groups, treatment group and control group, Qiguanyan pill was given to the treatment group, while Tingbei pill was given to the control group. we devide 160 patients into two groups at random in which Qiguanyan grain group versus Tingbei pill group equals 3: 1.Qiguanyan pill group has 120 patients, Tingbei pill group has 40 patients.Results:Qiguanyan gain group has 8 examples cured, 30 examples dramatically valid, 70 examples valid, 11 examples invalid, and the total valid rate is 90.76%; Tingbei pill group has 3 examples cured, 9 examples dramatically valid,23 examples valid, 4 examples invalid, and the total valid rate is 89.74%.The effect of Qiguanyan pill group is as better as that of Tingbei pill,group statistically,P>0.05.Conclusions: Qiguanyan pill has the function of Antihinflammation, anti-germs, stoping coughing and wheezing, and removing phlegm ,and its effect to the acute bout stage chronic bronchitis which belongs to benxubiaoshi type in TCM medicine is obvious. The study indicated that Qiguanyan pill had better effect for the treatment of patients with the acute bout stage in chronic bronchitis which belongs to benxubiaoshi type in TCM . It did not show any side effect. So Qiguanyan pill is effect and safe drug in treating the acute bout stage in chronic bronchitis which belongs to benxubiaoshi type in TCM.
