Clinical Study On Treating Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease For The Aged With Synchronic Treating Heart And Stomach

Objective:To study the meaning of synchronic treating heart and stomach and stomach-yin theory in angina pectoris of coronary heart disease for the aged,and observe the clinical effect of Yangwei Tongmai decoction on it.Methods:62 aged patients of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were divided randomly into two groups.34 cases with Yangwei Tongmai decoction were taken as treatment group,another 28 cases treated with Xintong oral liquid were taken as control group.The changes of clinical symptoms and index in all the patients were observed before and after treatment.Results:The statistical results show that the method of treatment group is superior or similar to that of control group in promoting clinical symptoms,regulating the blood-lipoid,promoting blood rheology and electrocardiogram,improving vascular endothelial function.Conclusion:This study enriches the theory of TCM treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease for the aged and it is indicated that Yangwei Tongmai decoction has obvious effect and less side effects.
