The Observe About The Effect Of Chinese Traditional Medicine And Acupuncture In Treating With The Kidneyasthenia And Liver Depression Type Of Luteinized Unrupture Folliicles Syndrome

Objective: To observe the Chinese traditional medicine and acupuncture in treating with the kidneyasthenia and liver depression type of LUFS and to explore its mechanism. Methods: 60patients were divided into two groups at random: the treatment group (30cases , treated with Chinese traditional medicine and acupuncture)and the control group(30cases ,treated with Clomiphene).Before and after treatment ,the clinical symptoms, physical sign ,the change of mucilage were observed. During the course , we observe the growth of germ cell and the gestation circs . Results: The total activity ratio of the treatment group is 86.30% while the control group's is 70.88%,the diffence between the two groups is obvious(P<0.05).There are significant improve in Chinese clinical symptoms between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.01).The rate of the ovulation between the two groups are different (P<0.05)and the gestation rate of the treatment group are obvious higher than that of the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion: the way of the Chinese traditional medicine and acupuncture can make better effect in ovulation and in improving the Chinese clinical symptoms and obtaining a more higher rate of gestation .It's an effective way of curing the kidneyasthenia and liver depression type of Luteinized Unrupture Folliicles Syndrome( LUFS) .
