Study On Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney Scale In Urinary Of Inernal Medicine

Objective: To formulate scale of deficiency of spleen and kidney in urinary of inernal medicine. Using the scale,unify the dialectical standard of deficiency of spleen and kidney ,making the diagnosis objective and standardized.Methods: Using epidemiologic survey,special topic discussion,expert consulation,factor analyse and so on to select items ;Carry out pre-investigation and clinical verification;Test the scale using factor analysis,reliability analysis and validity analysis.Result: (1) Choicing the items using statistics methods such as coefficient correlation,internal consistency checking and factor analysis, remaining 14 items. (2)The investigation adoption rate is 94.12%,completion rate is 100%,average complete time is 10 minites,the longest and shortest time is 20 and 6 minites.The sclae is approved; (3) Abstracted 5 common factors using factor analysis.So deficiency of spleen and kidney is composed of 5 factors: 2 symptom factors: deficiency of kidney-QI,deficiency of spleen-QI;1 objective sign factor ;1 general sensation factor ;1 urine and stool factor.(4)The reliability:total Chronbach'sαcoefficient is 0.761,the scale has good consistency;test-retest reliability coefficients of each factor are from 0.579-0.896, no significant difference(P>0.05).So the scale has good test-retest reliability and good stability. (5)Content validity: coefficient of correlation of each item is above 0.6,items have strong dependablity with their factor.Construct validity:there're 5 factors initial eigenvalues above 1, cumulative 66.103%, each factor loading is above 0.6.Criteria validity: Kappa=0.835,P=1.000(>0.05),there're good consistency.Conclusion:The scale is utility and sensitive; it offers instrument for syntheticly evaluating deficiency of spleen and kidney,offers reference of clinical intervention and precaution,offers experience for further study.
