Objective:To determine the main nutritional ingredients of the Formic rufa L.powder in Xinjiang,and study its influence on the immune function on mice of hypoim- munity. Methods:1)Using the powder of the Formic rufa L.of Fuhai forestry center in Xinjiang as the object,the protein,the fat,the moisture,the ash,the fat acid,the VitA,VitD3,VitE, VitB1,VitB2,VitB6 VitB12and Se content is determined by the State Standard method; Using the JY/T019-1996 HPLC method to determine 17 kinds of amine acid,and using the PICO.TAG method to determine the Trp content;the Vitamin Niacin and folic acid are determined by the method of the《The Analysis of The Food》.And the K,Na and so on content is determined by the method of Liu jianpin.Using the model of FAO/WHO to evaluate the essential amine acid sore(EAAS)of the protein of the Formic rufa L.powder of Fuhai forestry center in Xinjiang.2)Using the Formic rufa L.powder of Fuhai forestry center in Xinjiang as the object,and the mice of hypoimmunity as the study object to study the influence of immune enhance effect on the immune organ weights,the white blood cell counts,the phagocytesis ability of Macrophage,the lymphocyte transformation, the content of hemolytic OD,and the HC50.Results:1)The content of the protein,the moisture,the ash,the fat is 58.96%,10.32%,5.83%,11.80%;the content(%)of the C18:2 n-6,the C16:0,the C18:0,the C18:1n-9,the C18:3n-3 is 33.26%,13.60%,4.27%,41.45%, 3.92%;the content(mg/100g)of the Vitamins is VitA(3.36×10-3),VitD3(1.85×10-3), VitE(2.66),VitB1(1.36),VitB2(2.0),VitB6(108.3),VitB12(0.71),niacin(15.8),folic acid(3.79); and the content(mg/g)of 18 kinds amine acid is Val(24.6),Ile(22.6),Leu(42.4),Phe(13.4), Met(8.3),Lys(32.3),Trp(0.62),Thr(20.1),Cys(2.3),Tyr(20.2),Gln(58.2),Asp(34.1), Arg(6.1),Ser(28.5),Gly(56.5),Pro(33.7),Ala(49.6),His(15.5);the content(mg/100g)of the mine is the Na(3.1×102),the K(9.2×102),the Mg(9.2×102),the Fe(1.4×102),theCa (7.0×10),the Mn(4.7×10),the Zn(1.9×10),the Se(8.5×10-3),the Cu(9.0×10-1),the Sr(1.6×10-1),the Ni(3.3×10-1),the Pb(8.8×10-5),the Cd(1.8×10-4),and the Cr and the Co aren't found in the study;2)In the immune effect experiment,there are statistical difference on lencocyte count,the thymus index,the spleen index;the lymphocyte transformation test in the high,middle,low dose group.And there are statistical difference on the phagocytosis ability of Macrophage,the content of hemolytic OD in the high,middle dose group.And the statistical difference exists in the HC50in the high dose group.Conclusion:The nutritional ingredients of the Formic rufa L.powder of Fuhai forestry center in Xinjiang are abundant,and the construction of the nutritional ingredients are reasonable.And there is immune enhance effect on the mice of hypoimmunity.
