| Objective: To assess the effect of ovary follicle puncture by ultrasoud -guided in treatment of infertile women with polycystic ovary syndrom.Methods :40cycles of 32 patients with clomiphene citrateresistant PCOS were performed with ovulation induction, transvaginal follicle aspiration by ultrasoud -guided and followed by IUI. Results: 11 patients gained clinical pregnancy in the treating cycle. The pregnant rate was 34.38%.3 patients was an addition to pregnant cases in the second cycle.the other resumd normal menstruation within 2 months.the serum levels of LH, LH/FSH were lower than those before conclusion. Conclusion: ovary follicle puncture by ultrasoud -guided can improve the abnormal endocrinology,The treatment is simple,safe,and effective method for treating PCOS induced infetility.
