Research On The Quality Of Life Of Perinatal Women And Infect Factors

OBJECTIVE: Study the QOL of perinatal women and the relative influencing factors, to provide scientific clues to improve the QOL of perinatal women, promote the perinatal care and medical reform.METHODS:1 Qualitative survey: By in-depth interviews with gynecological & obstetric doctors,perinatal women and their familial members about 12 people, to learn the QOL and the influential factors of perinatal women by qualitative analysis, and provide clues for quantitative investigation.2 Quantitative survey: Frame the questionnaire by integrating the result of qualitative analysis and SF-36, and use it to survey the QOL of 548 perinatal women in 14 community health care centers of Chongqing by multi-stages random sampling,to learn the QOL and the influential factors of perinatal women . All the data inputted by EPIdata, analyzed by SAS9.0.RESULTS:1 Qualitative analysis: The objective living condition of urban perinatal women was better than those in rural. The pre-pregnancy and prenatal care was influenced by economic level and culture degree. Most people gave birth at hospital, but those had lower incomes confine at home. The way of confinement was influenced by perinatal women and their families,doctors. The traditional"rest one month"was still exist. The QOL of perinatal women was influenced by economics,culture,medical health and the society identification.2 Quantitative analysis: The objective living condition of urban perinatal women was better than those in rural. The QOL score of those perinatal women that living in rural ,primary scholar ,peasant, terminal gestation, low income, can't afford medical fee ,non-attend prenatal care, bad relationship with spouse ,less care from families, was lower than the correspond group. The positive factors that affect the QOL of perinatal women include the mode to pay for medical care and the complement of nutritional material. The negative factors that affect the QOL of perinatal women include long distance from hospital,serious reaction of pregnancy,united disease of pregnancy,old and unsatisfied with fee-for-medical .CONCLTIONS: The QOL of perinatal women was influenced by age,culture,the pregnancy stage,living conditions,knowledge about perinatal,medical condition and social support. etc。The main point to increase the QOL of prenatal women include: quicken the townish establishment to reduce the city-rural difference; process medical reform to develop the community health care; construct the harmonious society.
