| Objective:to investigate clinical effectiveness and mechanism of Long Ping Solution for Diabetic neurogenic bladder (DNB).Methods:60 patients were divided randomly into 2 groups,30 of them were therapied by controlling blood sugar and Long Ping Solution (treatment group);30 of them were therapied by controlling blood sugar and Mecobalamin (control group),to study the two groups respectively,we observed intensively differences of clinical symptom, residual urine in the bladder, blood sugar, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood lipid. Results: the clinical investigation shows Long Ping Solution is very effective in lowering the bladder residual urine, the blood sugar, blood lipid, improving glycosylated hemoglobin as well as improving the clinical symptom of DNB. General clinical therapeutic effects: the total effective rates were 86.67% in the treatment group,and 53.33% in the control group.Comparison between the two groups showed significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusions: Long Ping Solution have satisfacory therapeutic efficacy to DNB.
