Clinic Forthwith Effectiveness Observation On Relieve Pain After Haemorrihoids Surgical Operation By Electric-acupuncture

Haemorrhoids is a common disease on clinic and most of them is treated by surgical operation. Though the curative effect is evidently, the post-operation pain is a difficult problem to the doctors. It depends on the analgesic to solve the problem, Even if the effect is noticeable, the side effect is obviously, for some analgesic is addiction to drug-abuse. Therefore, some patients cannot pass the post-operation period without pain.Acupuncture analgesia is a good way to cure the pain during the post-operation periods. However, the reason is not known completely.This article try to observe the effect of electric-acupuncture for the painful patients after the haemorrhoids surgical operation period (80cases, treatment group) and compares with tramadol hydrochloride (80cases, control group) and survey the different effect by grade and scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS). It shows that electric-acupuncture is more effective than tramadol hydrochloride, the statistics result shows that p<0.05 or p< 0.01 . and the side effect is not occur in the electric-acupuncture cases while there are 7 vertigo cases and 13 nauseated cases in the control group. Therefore, we can say that electric-acupuncture is more effective and safer than tramadol to the painful patients after haemorride surgical operation.From the observation, we can get the conclusion that electric-acupuncture is more effective and less side effectiveness than tramadol hydrochloride. So it is safe and effective to the painful patients and it is worth to spread on clinic.
