The Efficacy And Mechanism Study Of Qinggantiaozhi Decoction Preventing And Treating Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

Objective: Observe the clinical efficacy of the Qinggantiaozhi decoction preventing and treating NAFLD and research it's mechanism. Methods: Clinical study: 60 patients of NAFLD were randomly divided into control group and treated group. Observe there clinical efficacy. Experiment study: 70 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups. The NAFLD rat Model were established with High fat diet. Observe the Qinggantiaozhi decoction's effects on ALT, AST, TG, TC, HOMA-IRI, ISI, Leptin, FFA, TNF-α, SOD, MDA, CYP2E1 and liver cell's construction. Results: Clinical study: The total effective rate of the treated group was 83.3%, the total effective rate of control group was 53.3%. the treated group was better than control group(P<0.01). The treated group was better than control group on TCM symptoms efficacy, B type USG efficacy, AST, GGT, TG, TC etc. (P<0.05,P<0.01) And two groups were equal on AST(P>0.05). And two groups both had no the obvious influence on patient's BMI(P>0.05). Experiment study: The TCM groups were better than western medicine group on TG, HOMA-IRI, ISI, Leptin, FFA, TNF-α, SOD, MDA, CYP2E1 and liver cell's construction(P<0.05, P<0.01). The TCM groups were better than model group on ALT, AST and TC(P<0.05,P<0.01), but were as the same as western medicine group(P>0.05). Conclusion: The Qinggantiaozhi decoction has reliable efficacy on NAFLD. The Qinggantiaozhi Decoction preventing and treating NAFLD'mechanism contains: protect liver cells, renew liver's function; correct lipid metabolism mess; improve insulin resistant and leptin resistant; alleviate oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation; reduce TNF-α's release; restrain CYP2E1's expression.
