| Objective:Through compares the detection rate in diagnosis of lumbar disease between CT convention scan and spiral CT image reconstruction, to approach the application value in diagnosis of lumbar disease of spiral CT image reconstruction technique.Methods: 100 patients who were decided to need CT scanography of lumbur spine by clinical examination were selected to divide into A,B two groups randomly,then carried on CT convention scan or spiral CT image reconstruction separately,to compare if there is significant difference in the detection rate in diagnosis of lumbar disease by using these two methods.Besides,selected 30 pations randomly to carry on CT convention scan and spiral CT image reconstruction,compare the potences of these two methods as pairing data. Result:1.there is no significant difference in the detection rate in diagnosis of lumbar intervertebral discs protrusion between CT convention scan and spiral CT image reconstruction.2. there is significant difference in the detection rate in diagnosis of facet osteoarthritis between CT convention scan and spiral CT image reconstruction, the detection rate in diagnosis of facet osteoarthritis by spiral CT image reconstruction surpass CT convention scan obviously.3. there is significant difference in the detection rate in diagnosis of lumbar hyperostosis between CT convention scan and spiral CT image reconstruction, the detection rate in diagnosis of lumbar hyperostosis by spiral CT image reconstruction surpass CT convention scan obviously.4. there is no significant difference in the detection rate in diagnosis of spinal stenosis and hypertrophic ligamentum flavum between CT convention scan and spiral CT image reconstruction. Conclusion:Using spiral CT image reconstruction to diagnose lumbar diseases adds up CT convention scan,can retrieve the missed diagnosis of CT convention scan,is worth to spread application in diagnosis of lumbar diseases. |
