| Objective: To determine clinical application the value of serumβ-HCG and ultrasound dynamic monitoring in early diagnosis (?)bserving the effect of chemotherapy response for malignant trophoblastic tumours. Metheods: fifty-six cases of trophoblastic tumours patient of serumβ-HCG and ultrasound variation who were treated in The First Affiliated Hospital of Xingjiang Medical University between 1993 and 2003, Were reviewed retrospectively. Results: hydatid mole dilatation and curettage in two month canceration patient ultrasound discover myometrium mark focus of infection have twenty-eight cases(the percent of 93); the group of simple chemotherapy who were treated with chems after ten days compared with pro-chems of serumβ-HCG, the difference have statistically significant (P＜0.05); the group of operation and chemotherapy who were treated with operated after ten days compared with pro-operated of serumβ-HCG, the difference have statistically significant(P<0.05); serumβ-HCG have relevance to ultrasound show focus of infection variation in the period of chemotherapy, contingency coefficient r=0.56(P<0.05); serumβ-HCG magnitude have positive correlation with ultrasound show focus of infection size, pro-chems and after chems one time of therapy of Spearman coefficient correlation were 0.683 (?).627, P＜0.05. Conclusions: serumβ-HCG and ultrasound not only to carry out early diagnosis but also to observe the effect of chemotherapy,especially ampho-combination possess important clinic value.
