Objective:To evaluate the value of serum CA125,AFP and ultrasound and the combining of them in the diagnosis and prognosis on patients, with ovary malignant tumors. Methods:Retrospective analysis of CA125,AFP and some characteristics of ultrasound in 116 patients with ovarian minors(benign 58 cases, malignant 58 cases confirmed by histopathology).Results:CA125 detecting has important diagnostic value for ovarian malignant tumar special for serous ovarian cancer;The-sensitivity for diagnosing ovarian malignant tumors with AFP,CA125,AFP+ CA125,Ultrasound and AFP+CA125+ Ultrasound was 5.17%,70.68%,74.14%,84.48%,91.38%respectively, specificity was100%,9138%,91.38%,84.5%,79.31%respectively.Kappa was 0.05,0.62,0.66,0.69,0.71 respectively. The CA125 decreased with increasing times of chemotherapy and it was related to tumor recurrance and metastasis. Conclusion:The level of serum CA125,AFP combined with ultrasound examination is of significance in the differentiation of ovary benign and malignant tumor before surgery;CA125 level is more sensitive than ultrasound in indicating tumor recurrence or metastasis.
