Clinical Study On The Therapy Effect Of Xuebijing And Prostaglandin E1in Patients Of Diabetic Nephropathy

Objectives:To investigate therapeutic effects of prostaglandin E1alone and co mbination therapy with prostaglandin E1(PGE1)and Xuebijing injection on pati ents of diabetic nephropathy(DN) of stage IV of diabetic nephropathy. To stud y new ways on therapeutic of diabetic nephropathy.Methods::42type2diabetes patients were enrolled from Tianjin the first cen terhospital from June,2012to December,2013. Patients with DN stage IV(the a mount of albuminuria excreted was more than300mg/d, and the amount of pr oteinuria excreted was less than2.5g/d) were selected according to Mogensen di abetic nephropathy diagnostic criteria. Patients were subdivided into three grou ps. They were randomly received normal-therapy group, PGE1mono-therapy(PGE1group), PGE1plus Xuebijing group(PGE1+Xuebijing group). Their proteinuria and albuminuria were measured after1week and2weeks. All the data was analyzed by SPSS18.0software.Results:(1) In the patients with DN, their proteinuria and albuminuria descen ded significantly in PGE1group after1week and2weeks compared with th at pre-treatment(P<0.01).(2) In the patients with DN, their proteinuria and alb uminuria descended significantly in PGE1+Xuebijing group after1week and2weeks compared with that pre-treatment(P<0.01).(3) In the patient with DN, their proteinuria and albuminuria descended more significantly in PGE1+Xueb ijing group compared with that pre-treatment than it is in mono PGE1group after1week and2weeks.(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1) The therapeutic effects of prostaglandin El are better in patients with DN in reducing proteinuria and albuminuria.(2) The combination of PG El and Xuebijing are better in patients with DN in reducing proteinuria and al buminuria.(3)The combination of PGE1and Xuebijing is more effective than P GE1alone in reducing proteinuria and albuminuria.
