[Object]To expound the motorcycle road injury characteristic,cause and risk factors such as environment,behavior and so on in Guangxi city.and then to give the feasible comment for the motorcycle road injury's precautions,controlling.[Method]Case-control study was used.From January 2006 to January 2007,350 drivers who had and 350 drivers who had not experienced a motorcycle crash in Qingxiu district,Nanning city were recruited by randomly selection on time of day,day of week and site in the same period at same district.Face to face interviews with drivers were conducted according to a highly structured questionnaire.Data code should be quantized before enter into PC,build a data base with Excel,Single factor and multiple factors non-conditional logistic regression was employed to analyze matching data by use SPSS13.0.[Results]Increased risk was associated with drivers whose record was The high school and following school(OR=1.619,95%CI:1.154~2.272). Continuously drives time≥3h was more dangerous(OR=4.874,95%CI: 3.019~7.868).The risk of motorcycle crash among the drivers who uses the cellphone was 2.109 times(OR=2.109,95%CI:1.128~3.944)of those drivers who did not use.Comparing to the drivers whose license was after test,the buyer increased the risk of crash(OR=4.099,95%CI:1.856~9.054).Driving age less than 3 years was more dangerous than more than 3 years(OR=2.307, 95%CI:1.358~3.920).Driving violations also contributed to the increased risk of crash:overspeed(OR=1.834,95%CI:1.300~2.585),rush the red line(OR =1.729,95%CI:1.233~2.423)[Conclusion]Factors as record,continuously drives time,use cellphone,licence, driving age,overspeed,rush the red line all significantly increased the risk of road injury.
