OBJECTIVE:1.To analyze the learning needs of students, optimize the teaching contents.2.To study how to select the suitable teaching method and teaching means according the characteristic of different teaching contents, and analyze the teaching effect.3.To study the effect of forming the emergency scene using the clinic case,video material and multimedia to improve the ability emergency nursing .4.To evaluate integrated ability, change the traditional examination model, attach great importance to the application of knowledge.5 . To amend the scale of classroom teaching quality evaluation as a measurement .METHODS:1.This study amended"the scale of classroom teaching quality evaluation"by Delphi method.2.This study used a purposive sampling method, chosen 99 college nursing students who entered university in 2003 as the objects of study to carry comparative experimental study. The objects of study were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group. The experiment group students were taught by the new instructional design under the theory of constructivism learning theory, the control group students were taught by traditional teaching model. The teaching result were analyzed using"the scale of classroom teaching quality evaluation","students‵mark","self-made questionnaire","scale of autonomous learning","students practice".At last the data was coordinated and analyzed with SPSS 11.5 software and analyzed by descriptive statistics t test, rank test,U test ect.RESULTS1.This study formed"the scale of classroom teaching quality evaluation"including 4 first class indexes,18 second class indexes. Cronbach's alpha was 0.852, internal consistency is 0.774.2.The marks of students of the experimental class in the final exam and health education exam were significant higher than ones of the control class.3.The marks of students in the experimental class were significant higher than those of students in the control class in the skill practice of CPR and micropump operation skill (CIII).4.The students in the experimental class gave higher appraisal in the"teaching methods"﹑"result of teaching"than ones in the control class, and the students in the experimental class thought highly of the teaching method.5.The students in the experimental class got better grades in the"the ability of patient's condition evaluation and observation"﹑"the ability of cooperation with doctors in emergency situation"during the period of clinical practice than ones in the control class,and students in experimental group thought the teaching result were good.CONCLUSIONS1.This study showed that the"the scale of classroom teaching quality evaluation"had good reliability and validity.2.Instructional System Design could help students improve the marks and the clinic emergency ability .3.Instructional System Design could stimulate the students' interest, teaching methods were suitable to the contents of"emergency nursing".4 . The measures of using diversified teaching methods could improve self-management competence,cooperation competence,information competence and raise the emergency ability...
