An Experimental Study on The micrangium Lesion and its Function of AR' activity of Femoral-head in Earlier Diabetes Rat【Purposes】1,Keep the observation of the distrbute and morphology of micrangium of the diabetic rat femoral head in early period.2,Inquiry into the relativity of bone cell,the change of empty bone lacunae,and the inlining changes of osteoporosis of marrow cavity and bone trabeculae with the micrangium pathological changes on it,and the synchronization.3,Inquiry into the difference of the expression of VEGFmRNA at different times of the diabetic rats' femoral head in early period.4,Inquiry into the synchronization and difference between pathological changes of microvessel and formation blood vessel by expression of VEGFmRNA.5,Inquiry into the change of the activity of AR with time in the early period of diabetes femoral-head.【Methods】1,Establish the accurate STZ model of the rats. Stochasticly divided into the normal group: 1month ,2months and 3months ,and the diabetes group: 1month ,2months and 3months three groups.2,Observe structure of femoral head of different group rats under light microscope.Make pathology check of the expression of FⅧwith the immunity organization chemistry. Measure the microvessel density throug infusion with ink.3,Observe the expression intenstiy of VEGFmRNA with in situ hybridization under light microscope and make analysis on it accordingly.4,Measure activity of AR by making biochemical detection to tissue homogenate of femoral-head. 【Results】1,The diabetes rats' femoral-head developed with the course of illness, the quantity of ossification cell reduced, and became thin. Empty bone lacunae increased, the bone trabeculae became thin, the marrow cavity enlarge.2,The expression ofFⅧrised., the microvessel density enlarged.3,The diabetes rats' femoral-head developed with the course of illness, the expression of VEGFmRNA rised,and the activity of AR enlarged..【Conclusions】1,In early period of the diabetic rat femoral-head, the absorption outweighed the formation of the bone, and inlining changes of osteoporosis happened.2,In early period of the diabetic rat femoral-head, VEGFmRNA promote blood vessel regenerate.3,The expression of FⅧ, VEGFmRNA and the densities of micrangium can be considered as the objective index sign of the micrangium pathological changes of the diabetic rats' femoral-head.4,In the early period of diabetes femoral-head, the activity of aldose reductase enlarged, Inclining change of osteoporosis of femoral-head tissue and micrangium in the early period can be improved throug inhibiting the activity of AR to prevente and cure the development of diabetes complications of bone.
