The talent's diathesis and quality would directly influence people's health in body and mind.In this paper, traditional informatics methods included literature review and investigation was used in this study. Doctors and patients was investigated by self-administered questionnaires and face-to-face interview in order to know the demand serving status of clinic psychology talent in some countries and regions like America, England, German, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong, to explore the experience in all respects as management etc, to investigate problems in China. Base on contrasting and analyzing status of the four modern involved training, taking up an occupation, managing and making criterion in nation and abroad, a SWOT matrix is made.In conclusion, there is impersonality requirement for clinical psychology talent's development with which the quantity and quality of the talent could not be able to match. The management mechanism for clinical psychology talent is faultiness. There have no differentiate in talent's background during the taking up occupation. Government and society lack of the education consciousness in clinical psychology, and education in doctors need strengthenDevelopment stratagem of clinical psychology talent and six pieces of policy suggestion would be proposed based on the analyzed.
