[Objectives] To explore the correlation high risk factors about happening spastic diplegia, checking the application value about GMFM-88 measuring in cerebral palsy childrens′rehabilitation evaluation and exploring the application value about SEP detection in spastic diplegia childrens′diagnosis and rehabilitation evaluation.[Methods] To investigate the 53 spastic diplegia childrens′perinatal stage data, using GMFM-88 measuring evaluated 35 spastic diplegia children before and after rehabilitation, SEP detection was also used in them before and after rehabilitation, installing 15 healthy children as normal control group, contrasting the latency about them.[Results]1 Periventricular leukomalacia among all children correlated with a birth weight less than 2000 gm, history of neonatal resuciatation and gestation less than 33 weeks. Factors specifically associated with periventricular leukomalacia in term children were a problematic perinatal history , a history of neonatal resuscitation, and a history of neonatal respiratory distress. Regresstion analysis revealed a correlation between an abnormal perinatal history and an etiology of Periventricular leukomalacia among children.2 There exists significant difference between before rehabilitation GMFM percentage value and after rehabilitation GMFM percentage value. 3 Compared with normal control group, the P40 latency of before rehabilitation and after rehabilitation showed significant difference.[Conclusions]1 PVL is the main pathology foundation about happening spastic diplegia ,there correlation between PVL and low birth weight,premature delivery history of neonatal resuscitation.2 GMFM measuring is useful in spastic diplegia rehabilitation evaluation.3 As a detection method ,SEP can use in spastic diplegia childrens diagnosis and rehabilitation evaluation. |
