Background: The HCC have been become major one of malignant tumor formankind. The traditional Chinese medicine has cannot succedaneous effect to preventand cure HCC, but mechanism of prevent and cure tumor is not clear. We studyeffective of traditional Chinese medicine in prevent and cure tumor by up to dateempirical methods.Purpose: It study mechanism which qiongyugao and Des prevent and curehepatorna, by HBx induce hepatic cellular carcinogenesis as well as qiongyugao andDes effect it. Also it include study that HBx induce mechanism of hepatic cellularcarcinogenesis.Method: MTT method detect that qiongyugao and Des effect HepG2.2.15 andHepG2, as well as draw growth curve if it have effective. Immunocytochemistrymethod detect HBx protein express. Flow cytometer detect qiongyugao andDes effect cell cycle and apoptosis of HepG2.2.15 and HepG2 cell line. PT-PCRmethod detect apoptosis gene Fas express, and detect inherent immunitypassageway Toll4 express.Result: Inhibition ratio of Des inhibit cell growth was 62.2%, and qiongyugaohad not effective. Des has visible effective to cell cycle. Each group have differ ininduce cell apoptosis, there has not differ between DDP group and Des group, therehave not statistical significance among normal group, qiongyugao group and HpG2group. Des induce apoptosis by induce Fas express. Qiongyuga has not effective toHpG2.2.15 cell line HBx gene express, but DDP and Des apparente interventionHBx gene express. Qiongyugao enhance Toll4 express and have effective to induceinherent immune enhancement. Also DDP induce Toll4 express and it express lowthan qiongyugao. Des have enhance Toll4 effective, but it manifest low thanqiongyugao and DDP.Conclusion: 1. It confirm that mechanism of action of qiongyugao treat hepaticcellular cancer is through inherent immune passageway activation and promote toll4gene express. Qiongyugao have not effective to HBx. 2. It confirm that Deshave apparent impact to HCC cell cycle, and promote apoptosis gene express and inhibit HBx protein express. 3 Mechanism of HBxAg induce HCC is effectivethrough inherent immune passageway. HBxAg have inhibite effect of apoptosis.
